Painting and drawing are the language I use to seek on the inside of the experience. Searching into what moves me, seeking the essential with a view to recognising the edge where there is precisely enough to allow the gestalt to yield its unspoken secrets to others. Yielding through the senses: place, gesture, colour, mood, mark, the stuff of paint hand in hand with the experience of that one moment that deepens and lasts through the creative act itself.
